Nuna Andean Luxury Villa and Cottages is a property situated un the best area of the Sacred Valley of the Inkas and Urubamba city. Not only it is situated among the magnificent Andes mountains but it also lies besides the Urubamba river bank, surrounded by eucalyptus forests and a handful of plantations. It is also located five minutes away from the luxury hotels like the Belmond, Tambo del Inca, and the centre of the city. Its location and views are unbeatable.

Villa Nuna (Soul/Spirit in Quechua) as much as the Cottages have been built according to the local andean customs, made of mud brick and local wood with modern comfort. Its traditional architecture and its relationship with the environment was closely and responsibly studied. Its comforts include floor heating system, water treatment plant, bathrooms with with rain showers, natural rock exterior jacuzzi that reaches 40 degrees, traditional mud oven and grill, and many more.

The interior design and decoration was in charge of the renown and awarded local artist Jessie D’Angelo, which allows the experience of staying at Villa Nuna or any of the Cottages one of a kind. The textures, wood and traditional local objects were strategically located and amp the integral view given by the large windows towards the gardens, plantations and Urubamba River.

Another important value of the property’s location is its access to the railway line from the private stop at the Belmond Hotel, permitting an easy access to the Ollantaytambo - Machu Picchu route.

The main Villa accounts for

- 2 King size bedrooms.
- 1 King size bedroom and 1 twin size bed.
- 1 bedroom with 4 twin beds.
- 1 King size bedroom with 2 twin beds.
Total: 15 guests.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

In the first floor one can find the main living room with a wood fireplace, two bedrooms with bathrooms, kitchen (fully equipped) and a dining room. In the terrace one can find an open living room and a second dining room under a tree, next to the outdoor grill and mud oven. The deck overlooks the river, with a view of the whitecap mountains and forests. In this area too one can find the heated natural rock jacuzzi that can fit up to 6 people

Since it is a house with cathedral ceilings, the second floor integrates as a single space of a living room with wood fireplace, TV, a bar and a game room. There are also three bedrooms with their own bathrooms located in this second floor. Every room enjoys large panel windows and balconies, offering various relaxing places that make your “Nuna” to enjoy the moment.

The perimeter of Nuna is protected by a live fence, cameras, and a 24/7 guard and keeper. It is possible to hire a person who can clean or cook in the house. The daily fee is of 60 soles (approximately USD$18). At the end of your stay, it is mandatory to hire this person for a minimum of one day to clean the house for the next guest.

We also offer a pick up and drop off service with a known chauffeur to and from the airport. The price is very economical and varies according to the amount of people in the group. If one may like, one could also hire him to do daily tours of the area. We are located 5 minutes away from the centre of Urubamba city (with the best restaurants of the Sacred Valley), 25 min of Ollantaytambo, 45 min from Pisac, 40min from Maras/Moray and Chincheros, the Inkary museum as well as many hiking routes and other attractions.
